By accessing our website, booking a room, or dining at our restaurant, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
All reservations are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) must be provided upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service based on local regulations or non-compliance with hotel policies.
Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to settle all outstanding bills before departure.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the booking total. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy inside rooms and public indoor areas. Loud music or any form of disturbance after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the restaurant premises. Alcohol service is subject to local laws and is only available to guests above the legal drinking age. We accept no responsibility for food allergies unless informed at the time of ordering.
While we provide modern security measures, the Hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room lockers (where available) or keep valuables at the front desk.
We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Himachal Pradesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Una, Himachal Pradesh.
